Cheesy Chicken Salsa Dip

A cheesy and creamy shredded chicken dip with roasted cumin and coriander and a little chipotle spice.

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
salsa verde 4 tablespoons 1. Cook the chicken breasts in the oven at 350°F and when cooled shred by hand.

2. Place all ingredients with exception of the grape tomatoes and cilantro into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Add the cilantro and grape tomatoes and stir with spoon until combined.

3. Place into a baking dish that can be used to serve and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown on top. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Philadelphia cream cheese 1 tablespoons
shredded Mexican cheese 4 tablespoons
shredded chicken 1/3 cup
Roasted Cumin Ground 1/4 teaspoons
Roasted Coriander Ground 1/4 teaspoons
salsa rojo 1 tablespoons
chopped cilantro 1/2 teaspoons
kosher salt 1/4 teaspoons
grape tomatoes cut into 1/8ths 1 tablespoons
