Cheesy Chicken Salsa Dip Recipe

A cheesy and creamy shredded chicken dip with roasted cumin and coriander and a little chipotle spice.

Yield: 1 Cup/ 6 Cups

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
salsa verde 4 tbsp Pre-cook the chicken breasts in the oven at 350°F and when cooled shred by hand. Place all ingredients with exception of the grape tomatoes and cilantro into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Add the cilantro and grape tomatoes and stir with spoon until combined. Place into a baking dish that can be used to serve and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown on top.

kosher salt 1/4 tsp
