garbanzo beans, canned, drained and rinsed 1 pounds Mix garbanzo beans, lemon juice and sesame oil together with cumin, garlic herb seasoning, black pepper and water. Pulse in food processor until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a dash of toasted sesame seeds. Serve with crudité vegetables

Pepper Black Coarse Grind 1/2 tablespoons
sesame oil 1 tablespoons
water 2 tablespoons
Sesame Seeds White 1/4 teaspoons
red bell pepper, thick strips 4 ounces
asparagus, cut into 3 1/2 inch lengths on a bias 4 ounces
tomato wedges 4 ounces
seedless cucumber, thin slices cut on a bias 4 ounces
carrot, thin slices cut on a bias 4 ounces
celery, cut 3 1/2 inches by 1/4 inch 4 ounces
