Hot & Sour Tilapia with Roasted Ginger Pineapple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
fresh pineapple chunks (drained, canned chunks may be substituted) 1 cup Combine pineapple with red pepper, lime juice, sweet chili sauce and ginger. Warm mixture in sauce pan to 165F. Toast sesame seeds. Mix sesame seed, sea salt and pepper. Brush fish with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Grill over medium-low heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Roasted Ginger Pineapple Sauce.

roasted red bell pepper, ½” dice 1/4 cup
fresh lime juice 2 tbsp
Thai Kitchen® Chili Sauce, Sweet Red 2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds, White 1 tbsp
Sea Salt, Mediterranean Fine Grind 1/2 tsp
Pepper, Black Coarse Grind 1/4 tsp
tilapia filets 1 1/2 lb
olive oil 2 tbsp
Ginger, Ground 2 1/2 tsp
