Asian Seared Beef with Spicy Toasted Sesame Stir Fried Vegetables and Cashews Recipe

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
sirloin steaks, trimmed and cut into strips 8 oz Combine beef strips with seasoning. Heat oil over high heat in wok or large sauté pan. Sear beef quickly until nicely browned. Remove beef from pan then add snow peas, broccoli, onion, carrots, mushrooms and red chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. Combine pineapple juice, soy, stock and cornstarch, mix well to thoroughly incorporate cornstarch. Add beef back to pan then slowly add liquid stirring well while pouring. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook 1-2 minutes. Serve over ½ cup brown rice. Garnish with toasted sesame and cashews

Lawry's Touch of Sea Salt Asian Seasoning 4 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tsp
snow peas 8 oz
broccoli florets, blanched 8 oz
red onions, julienned 2 oz
carrots, julienned or matchstick 4 oz
shiitake mushrooms, sliced 2 oz
Pepper, Red Crushed 1/4 tsp
light soy sauce 4 tsp
pineapple juice 1/2 cup
no salt added beef stock (or sub water) 1/2 cup
cornstarch 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds, White 2 tsp
unsalted roasted cashew pieces 2 tbsp
cooked brown rice 2 cups
