Grilled Corn with Chile Lime Butter

Ingredients Quantities Instructions
corn on the cob 8 each 1. Shuck corn and clean off silk strands. Combine butter with lime juice and rub. Mix well until combined.

2. Set half of the butter aside until later use. Take remaining half and smear over corn.

3. Place corn on the grill over medium heat and allow cooking for 6-7 minutes, turning often to cook all sides but not burn.

4. Serve corn hot in remaining Smoky Chile and Cumin butter with lime juice and cotija cheese.
