Tangy blue cheese and Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning combine to create a burger that's just bursting with flavor.

80/20 ground beef 1 pounds 1. Mix ground beef, cheese, Hamburger Grill Mates Seasoning, and chopped onion in a bowl. Shape into four patties.

2. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until 160 degrees is reached.

3. Serve burgers on toasted rolls.

4. Garnish with toppings.
