Chili Lime Ceviche

An essential in kitchens around Central and South America, this take on ceviche is full of refreshingly balanced flavors. Tangy, spicy, and bursting with the tang and heat of Cholula® Chili Lime Seasoning, Chili Lime Avocado Sauce marries each bite together with a creamy richness.

Avocado Sauce

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding additional oil or water based on desired thickness. Hold for service.

Chili Lime Ceviche

1. Add lime juice, chili lime seasoning, and garlic to a bowl and combine well. Add fish, serrano pepper, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and cucumber, and gently mix.
2. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes or until fish is desired firmness. Hold for service.

Service

1. On a plate, add 1/3 of a cup of avocado cream and spread evenly on the plate. To a ramekin or ring mold, add 1 cup of ceviche per portion and place on top of avocado cream. Sprinkle with additional chili lime seasoning.
