- In a stand mixer combine ground beef, lamb, breadcrumbs, egg salt and Greek seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form 2-inch diameter balls. Arrange meatballs on a prepared sheet tray lined with parchment.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Hold warm for service.
Tzatziki Sauce
- Squeeze grated cucumber to drain any excess liquid.
- Mix cucumber and remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and hold cold for service.
Service
- Serve warm Keftedes with tzatziki sauce, sliced fresh or roasted vegetables and toasted pita.
