In a small sauté pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, kimchi and Korean BBQ seasoning. Sauté until slightly browned and wilted, about 1 minute. Hold for service.
Korean BBQ Beef
In a sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil and cook ground beef. Drain excess grease and add brown sugar and Korean BBQ seasoning, combine well. Hold warm for service.
Cheese Sauce
Combine all ingredients and hold warm for service.
Service
Fry the French fries until golden brown, once cooked drain well and season with Korean BBQ seasoning. Add the seasoned fries to a serving dish and top with Korean BBQ beef, sautéed kimchi, and cheese sauce. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds, serve immediately.
