A spicy, shareable appetizer with crispy seasoned fries, breaded chicken bites and melty cheese curds enrobed in a rich chicken gravy infused with spicy Frank's RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning.

- 2 cups Chicken Gravy, prepared
- 8 tsps Franks ® Nashville Hot Seasoning
Poutine | Serves 4
- 20 each Chicken Tenderloin Bites, 1 ounce each
- 2 pounds French Fries
- 1/4 cup Franks ® Nashville Hot Seasoning
- 2 cups Nashville Hot Chicken Gravy, prepared
- 1 1/3 cups Cheese Curds
- 1 1/2 tbsps Scallion Tops, thin sliced on the bias
Procedure
Prep
- Prepare Nashville Hot Chicken Gravy by mixing 2 cups prepared house gravy with 8 teaspoons Frank's RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning. Hold warm for service.
Service
- Set fryer to 350°F. For each order, fry 5 chicken bites and and 8 ounces of fries.
- Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup gravy in saucepan, add 1/3 cup cheese curds and heat well.
- In a bowl, immediately toss hot fries with 1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning.
- Plate seasoned fries and top with chicken bites. Top with gravy and melty cheese curds. Garnish with a scallions and serve immediately.
