Vietnamese Cajun Wings Sauce

1. Combine melted butter and Vietnamese x Cajun Seasoning. Set aside.

Prep

1. Steam chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Cool completely. Hold refrigerated for service.

Service

1. Set fryer to 375°F. For each serving, fry 1 pound wings until golden brown.
2. Drain wings and place in bowl. Toss with 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Serve hot with desired accompaniments.
