Grilled Mango Margarita | Serves 4
2 each Mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp Grill Mates ® Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic
2 tbsps Honey
1 oz (2 tablespoons) Brandy
3 oz (6 tablespoons) Tequila
3 oz (6 tablespoons) Lime Juice, fresh
2 cups Ice
Garnish | Serves 4
2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Sea Salt Grinder
4 each Lime Wedges

Procedure

Prep

Grill mango slices on both sides over medium-low heat. Sprinkle with Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic Seasoning. Hold refrigerated until service.

Service

In a blender combine mango and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Rim each glass with sea salt, pour Margarita into each glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
