Ingredients
Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Main Ingredients | Serves 4 8 bags Black Tea 1 quart Water 1 tsp Lemon Extract 12 eaches Lemon Slices, for garnish Procedure Boil water and steep tea for 3-4 minutes, then cool down in an ice bath until room temperature. Add lemon extract and keep refrigerated until use. Serve with 3 lemon slices. Chef's Tip! For fuller flavor tea, make an additional batch of lemon iced tea and freeze in cubes and add to poured tea.
