A great way to start the day with the fresh taste of avocado and sourdough toast complimented by the balanced heat of Cholula® Original Hot Sauce.

Procedure
Service- For each serving, heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Cook one egg as desired. Toast one slice of sourdough.
- Slice 1/2 avocado and fan slices over toast. Top with prepared egg.
- Garnish with 1 tablespoon of salsa and drizzle with 1 teaspoon Cholula. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon Chile Lime Rub. Serve warm.
Chef's Tip!
Any of the Cholula® line of hot sauces would work perfectly on this avocado toast.
