In a bowl combine crispy onions and Buffalo wings sauce and toss until onions are evenly coated. Hold ambient and reserve for service.
Service
Set panini press to medium high. For each serving, top heel of one baguette with 2 pieces of cheese, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup onion and wing sauce mix, 2 slices bacon, and 2 more pieces of cheese. Finish with top of baguette.
Brush both sides of sandwich with a tablespoon of butter. Grill in a panini press until warmed through and cheese melts. Cut in half and serve hot.
Chef's Tip!
Don’t have a panini press? Use a griddle with a hot steak weight to create the same effect.
