Set grill to medium high. For each serving, season one burger patty with 1 teaspoon hamburger seasoning. Grill until desired doneness, just before finishing add a slice of American cheese to melt. Toast bun.
Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup and 1 teaspoon mustard on heel of bun. Place burger patty on top and add 2 slices bacon. Finish with 1 leaf of lettuce and 3 slices of tomato and top with crown of bun. Serve hot with additional ketchup and mustard.
