This fiery take on the Philly Cheesesteak is loaded with chicken, onions and peppers, and an irresistible hot and smoky sauce starring Frank's RedHot® Nashville Hot Seasoning, and sharp Cheddar and Gouda cheeses.

- In a saucepot, combine all ingredients for cheese sauce. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until cheese is completely melted. Hold hot for service.
- Toss chicken with Nashville Hot Seasoning and set aside.
- In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions and cook until slightly caramelized. Add bell peppers, seasoned chicken and Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Hold hot for service.
Service
- For each sandwich, split roll in half and fill with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of chicken mixture. Top with 1/2 cup of cheese sauce. Serve immediately.
