- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup Cattlemens ® Hawaiian Tangy Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
Poke | Serves 4
- 1 pound Tuna, Sashimi Grade, 1/4-inch Dice
- 1/2 cup Hawaiian BBQ Poke Dressing
- 4 oz Cucumber, Seedless, 1/4-Inch Dice
- 3 oz Avocado, 1/4-Inch Dice
- 3 oz Mango, 1/4-Inch Dice
- 1 oz Green Onion, Thinly Sliced on Bias
- 1 1/2 oz White Onion, Julienned
- 1 1/2 oz Seaweed Salad
- 1 1/2 tbsps Fresno Pepper, Fine Dice
- 1 1/2 tbsps Nori, Cut into Matchsticks
- 1 1/2 tbsps White and Black Sesame Seeds
Procedure
Hawaiian BBQ Poke Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Poke
- Add poke sauce to fish, cucumber, avocado, mango, white and green onions, seaweed salad, and fresno pepper.
- Garnish with nori and sesame seeds.
