Crispy tostada shells are the perfect vessel for ground beef cooked in Lawry’s® Taco Seasoning Mix. Top with fresh fixings like shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, guacamole, and sour cream.

- 25 pounds Beef, Ground
- 1 package Lawrys ® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 gallon Water

- Tostada Shells
- Lettuce, Shredded
- Pico de Gallo, Prepared
- Guacamole, Prepared
- Cheese, Shredded
- Sour Cream
- Jalapenos, Sliced
Procedure
Prep
- Cook ground beef; drain excess fat.
- Add 1 package mix Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix and 1 gallon water; blend thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer (covered) 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Hold warm for service.
Service
- Assemble tostadas; top each tostada with 1/4 cup meat, add toppings as desired. Serve immediately with rice and beans, additional sour cream, guacamole or salsa.
