BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

A BBQ chicken pizza made with Cattlemen's® Memphis Sweet BBQ Sauce.

4 each Pizza Crust, 12", par-baked
2 cups Cattlemens ® Memphis Sweet BBQ Sauce
1 quart Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 pound Chicken, grilled, 1" dice
3 cups Red Onions, julienne
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Procedure

Service

Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, spread 1 pizza crust with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2“ border along edges.
Cover with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 4 ounces chicken, and 3/4 cup onions.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve hot.
