Preheat oven to 350°F. Dust work surface with flour. Take rested pizza dough and roll into a roughly rectangular shape about the size of a half sheet tray. Dock dough using a docking roller or fork.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the extra virgin olive oil on a half sheet and spread to coat the tray. Place rolled out dough onto oiled pan and stretch to fill pan. Brush top side of dough with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle edges with Lawry's Season Salt Crust Topping. Spread sauce over dough, sprinkle with an even layer of mozzarella, and finish with Parmesan.
Bake until cheese is golden brown and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.
