Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Prep | Serves 4 4 cups Red Bell Peppers, roasted 4 tbsps Honey 1/4 cup Garlic, minced 3 tbsps Lime Juice, fresh 2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Harissa Seasoning 1 tbsp Salt 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Procedure PrepIn the pitcher of a blender combine roasted peppers, honey, garlic, lime juice, harissa seasoning, and salt. Blend until smooth. With blender running, slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil until emulsified. Transfer to container, cover and refrigerate until needed. Chef's Tip!
