Ingredients
Serves 1 quart
- 2 1/4 cups Fire-Roasted Tomatoes, canned, diced
- 1 1/4 cups Franks ® Rajili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
Procedure
- In a bowl mix together tomatoes, Rajili and cilantro. Hold refrigerated for service. Serve hot or chilled.
Chef's Tip!
This sauce can be left very chunky, roughly chopped or briefly pulse tomatoes in a food processor for a smaller chunk.
Serve as a steak sauce or with grilled chicken, wild game or full flavored seafood.
