Cattlemens Cola BBQ with Cowboy Rub | McCormick For Chefs®

Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce customized with the additional flavors of Cola and Cowboy Rub.

Ingredients

In a heavy bottom sauce pan bring cola to a simmer and reduce by half. Take off the heat and chill.
In a bowl whisk together reduced cola and BBQ Sauce. Add the Cattlemen's Cowboy Rub whisk again until well blended. Hold refrigerated for service.

This is a great finishing sauce for any smoked meats or use as the condiment on a Cowboy Burgers.
