Procedure
- In a heavy bottom sauce pan bring cola to a simmer and reduce by half. Take off the heat and chill.
- In a bowl whisk together reduced cola and BBQ Sauce. Add the Cattlemen's Cowboy Rub whisk again until well blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
Chef's Tip!
This is a great finishing sauce for any smoked meats or use as the condiment on a Cowboy Burgers.
