Place carrots, water, and olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Cook, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until carrots are slightly tender.
Add honey, orange juice, garlic & herb seasoning, and salt to skillet.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently to glaze carrots.
Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip!
This dish is also delicious with roasted carrots. Instead of simmering the carrots in water, roast them in the oven until slightly charred. Finish with the water, orange juice and seasoning blend for the glaze.
