- 2 each Tart Crisp Apples, (Grannysmith, Honeycrisp), washed
- 3 each Parsnips, washed, peeled
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil, (or other neutral, refined oil)
- 1 tbsp Lawrys ® Smoky Chile and Cumin Rub

Procedure
- Using a mandolin, slice the parsnips and apples lengthwise, about 1/8" thick.
- Spread slices on dehydrator racks and lightly brush each with oil. Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 135F.
- Remove from the dehydrator and season with Lawry's Smoky Chili and Cumin Rub.
