Sweet Chili Roasted Brussels Sprouts | McCormick For Chefs®

2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, trimmed, halved
1/4 cup Thai Kitchen ® Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1/2 tsps Salt
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Table Grind
1 tbsp Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Procedure

Preheat your oven to 400F.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until sprouts are evenly coated.
Spread out onto a foil-lined sheet tray.
Roast at 400F until the leaves begin to turn golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot, with extra chili sauce on the side.
