Vietnamese Cajun Salad Crunch

Crispy, crunchy, and aromatic, this quick-prep salad topping drops the unexpectedly bold taste of Flavor Inspirations Vietnamese x Cajun Style Seasoning onto any salad, along with pumpkin seeds and cashews as an additional nod to popular Vietnamese ingredients.

1. Set oven to 325°F. Whisk agave, olive oil and Seasoning until well blended. Add buckwheat, pepitas and cashews, stirring to coat evenly. Line sheet pan with parchment. Spread granola mixture into even layer on parchment.
2. Roast 15 minutes. Cool completely on pan. Break apart and store in an airtight container up to one week.
