Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Add ground pork; cook and stir until no longer pink. Drain excess liquid.
Stir in stock, soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of the Spicy Furikake and garlic powder. Bring to gentle boil. Add cooked noodles and bok choy. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with addition Spicy Furikake. Serve immediately.
