In a bowl, coat tri-tip portions with oil. Sprinkle with smokehouse seasoning and toss to coat evenly. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 tri-tip to desired doneness. Allow to rest. Butter 3 slider buns and toast.
Slice tri-tips 1/4" thick and distribute over three bun halves. Top each portion of meat with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, 1/2 slice of cheese and 2 tablespoons of slaw. Serve hot.

For flavor variety, season with Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning, Mesquite or Brown Sugar and Bourbon and switch the Cattlemen's Sauce to compliment the seasoning.
