Cholula® Salmon Slider | McCormick For Chefs®

This little sandwich packs big flavor with a Cholula® Chile & Lime glazed salmon.

Serves 4
1 cup Cholula® Chili Lime Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1/3 cup Silver Tequila
1/3 cup Lime, juice
1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Chipotle Chile Pepper, Crushed
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
3 cups Coleslaw

12 each Salmon Fillets, 3oz portions

12 each Slider Buns

Procedure

Prep

In a bowl, combine the Cholula® Lime Sauce, honey, tequila, lime juice, and chipotle. Hold at room temperature for service.

Service

Set grill to medium-high. For each serving, grill 3 pieces of fish glazing the fillets as they cook on a well-oiled grill until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached. Lightly grill buns.
Place fish on base of buns and top each with 1/4 cup coleslaw on each sandwich. Serve hot.
