In a bowl combine first amount of Kickin' Korean BBQ Sauce with yellow mustard. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
In another bowl combine second amount of BBQ Sauce and ketchup. Mix until blended. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 1 hot dog as desired. Toast 1 bun.
Place hot dog on toasted bun. Top with 2 tablespoons kimchi. Drizzle with both Korean BBQ Mustard and Korean BBQ Ketchup. Garnish with 1 teaspoon each scallions and cilantro. Serve warm.
Chef's Tip!
Serve with a side of crispy fries and additional Korean BBQ Ketchup for dipping.
