Place apples in food processor; pulse until finely ground.
Brown butter in skillet on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until butter is dark golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in ground apples and remaining ingredients until well blended. Transfer to bowl. Cool to room temperature.
Hold at room temperature for service, refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.
