Asian Sesame Dressing | McCormick For Chefs®

Sesame vinaigrette with the twang of French's® Spicy Brown Mustard.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
1/2 cup Frenchs ® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 1/3 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Ginger, grated
1/4 cup Brown Sugar, light
2 cups Canola Oil
1/2 cup Sesame Oil
3 tbsps McCormick Culinary ® Sesame Seeds, White

Procedure

In a bowl add mustard. Whisk in vinegar, orange juice, ginger and sugar until evenly distributed.
Slowly whisk oils into mustard base until emulsified. Hold refrigerated until needed.
