A fresh Peruvian creamy cheesy sauce of jalapenos, cilantro and Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce.

- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Cojita Cheese, grated
- 6 tbsps Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps Water
- 2 tsps Salt
- 6 cups Cilantro, large stems removed
- 2/3 cup Jalapeno, 1/2" dice
Procedure
- In a blender, combine mayonnaise, cheese, Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce, garlic, oil, water, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add cilantro and jalapeno and continue to blend until smooth.
- Hold refrigerated for service.
Chef's Tip!
This sauce is also great on chicken, beef, pork, fish sandwiches, and as a dip for fried and grilled appetizers.
