Cholula® Cilantro Sauce

A fresh Peruvian creamy cheesy sauce of jalapenos, cilantro and Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce.

Ingredients

In a blender, combine mayonnaise, cheese, Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce, garlic, oil, water, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add cilantro and jalapeno and continue to blend until smooth.
Hold refrigerated for service.

This sauce is also great on chicken, beef, pork, fish sandwiches, and as a dip for fried and grilled appetizers.
