Sweet and Spicy Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

A sweet and spicy Asian sauce with the authentic flavors of garlic, ginger, soy and spicy red peppers.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce
2 cups Franks ® Sriracha Chili Sauce
1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Red Pepper, Crushed

Procedure

In a bowl mix together sweet chili sauce, honey garlic sauce, and crushed red pepper. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This spicy sauce is ideal on the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Pizza and also wonderful on grilled pork, chicken and full flavored seafood.
