Thai Herb Sweet Chili Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

The sweet and slightly hot flavor of Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce is blended with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
3 1/2 cups Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
1 tbsp Thai Basil, finely chopped

Procedure

In a bowl whisk together sweet chili sauce, orange juice, cilantro, and basil until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

If Thai Basil is unavailable, substitute with traditional basil.

For a spicier version of this recipe add 1/4 of Frank's RedHot® Sriracha Chili Sauce.
