Chef's Tip!
This recipe is for a "wet rub," which is perfect for baking, broiling or grilling.
Our wet rub is also great on chicken breasts, fish fillets, steaks or pork cutlets.
This wet rub recipe makes 15 Tablespoons.
Usage Tips:
For whole muscle meats smear 1 cup wet rub per 4-5 lb. of Ribeye, tenderloin, pork loin, butt, shoulder or other roasting cut.
Use 1 cup per 18-20 lb. turkey, or ½ cup per whole chicken.
