Main Recipe | Serves 4
- 1 each red bell pepper, cut thick strips
- 8 eaches asparagus, cut 3 1/2" lengths on a bias
- 2 eaches carrot, 2 1/2" cuts on a bias
- 1 each yellow bell pepper, cut thick strips
- 1 head broccoli florets, slightly blanched
- 10 eaches fingerling potato, cut into 8 wedges lengthwise
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsps Montreal Steak Seasoning Reduced Sodium
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Procedure
- Toss cut vegetables and potatoes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and steak seasoning. Allow to marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
- Grill over medium hot grill until nicely marked and tender. Serve warm.
