Simple charred cauliflower complemented by the bright, herby flavor of Middle Eastern Za'atar. This recipe features our new Global Blends Za’atar Seasoning.
Set oven to 400°F. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil. Sprinkle with Za'atar and salt. Mix until seasoning is evenly distributed.
Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet tray. Roast until florets are beginning to char. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm as desired.
Chef's Tip!
This cauliflower dish is great as a side dish. Can also be served as an appetizer or main dish when paired with a dip, such as this Za'atar Labneh.
