Basque Inspired Cauliflower Bites

Charred cauliflower in Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce that’s infused with McCormick Smoked Paprika and a hint of olive oil.

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 425 ͦF. Toss flowerets in 1 ½ tablespoons of oil and roast until slightly soft and charred.
2. Combine remaining oil, paprika and Franks.
3. Toss cauliflower in sauce and serve immediately.
