Main Recipe | Serves 4
1 can white cannellini beans, 15 ounces, drained and rinsed
5 tbsps Original Legendary BarBQ Sauce
3 cloves garlic, roasted
1/4 cup tahini
2 tsps lemon juice, freshly squeezed, reserved
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Coarse Grind
1/4 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Chili Powder, Light
1/2 cup cilantro, fresh, picked, leaves only

Procedure

For the Hummus:

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except cilantro. Process until smooth.

For Serving & Garnish:

Serve with toasted wheat pita triangles and garnish with cilantro leaves.
