In a bowl, combine kewpie mayonnaise and Korean BBQ seasoning. Whisk well. Hold refrigerated for service.
Korean BBQ Sauce
In a bowl combine BBQ sauce, soy sauce and Korean BBQ Seasoning; whisking to blend. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
Grill 1 burger patty over medium heat until cooked through, brushing with Korean BBQ sauce while cooking.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter on flat top griddle. Fry 1 egg for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside for service.
To assemble burger, spread 1 tablespoon of BBQ mayo on cut sides of base and crown of bun. Layer bun with grilled burger, 1/4 cup kimchee and 3 pickle chips. Top with the fried egg and crown of bun.
