Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Mojito Lime Shrimp | Serves 4 1 pound shrimp, large, 31/35 count, peeled, deveined 1 1/2 tsps Grill Mates ® Mojito Lime Seasoning 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed Mojito Lime Slaw | Serves 4 1 tbsp water 3/4 cup cilantro, fresh picked, leaves only 4 tsps mayonnaise 1 tsp chili sauce 2 tbsps lime juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp Grill Mates ® Mojito Lime Seasoning 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced 1/2 each red onion, thinly sliced 1 each mango, thinly sliced 8 eaches corn tortillas Procedure For the Mojito Lime Shrimp Toss shrimp in lime juice, then in the seasoning to evenly coat the shrimp. Place 4 shrimp on a skewer. Grill on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked all the way through. For the Mojito Lime Slaw Pulse 1/4 cup cilantro, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar, seasoning, and 1 tablespoon water in a food processor until smooth. Roughly chop the remaining 1/2 cup cilantro. Toss with the cabbage, red onions, mango, and dressing.
