Procedure
Combine Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, thyme, onion powder, allspice, and orange juice in a small bowl to make a spice paste. Rub spice paste on both sides of the chicken.
Grill or broil over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
