Holy aioli! For the love of hummus and the fabulous flavor of spicy Buffalo, McCormick for Chefs has created a flavor love affair, with flair, for all ages with this sensational and spicy hummus perfectly paired with mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and Frank's RedHot original Buffalo Wings Sauce.

Buffalo Hummus Aioli | Serves 4
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Hummus, prepared
3 tbsps Frank's RedHot Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Procedure
For the Buffalo Hummus Aioli:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and fold over to fully incorporate.
Hold in refrigerator for service.
Chef's Tip!
Use this aioli as a spread for sandwiches or as a dip for crudité and breads.
This spread is ideal for veggie burgers and nice with toasted, chopped chick peas mixed with fresh, chopped parsley.
