Cholula® Chili Garlic Aioli

A garlicy aioli with a pop of chili and heat from Cholula® Chili Garlic Hot Sauce.

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsps Cholula® Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Grill Mates ® Vegetable Seasoning

Procedure

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, Cholula, and vegetable seasoning. Whisk until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This is a great dip for crudite or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.

For a different flavor profile consider using other Cholula sauces like the Original, Chile Lime or Chipotle.
