Combination of red onion, dill pickles and Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

In a bowl combine red onion, pickles and BBQ Sauce. Mix well and hold refrigerated for service.

This relish works well on burgers, hot dogs, sausages and charcuterie boards.

Vary the cut of pickles and onions for the application and consider using a slightly pickled red onion.
