Spicy Jerk BBQ | McCormick For Chefs®

A sweet and spicy tropical BBQ sauce made with Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce, Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and Frank’s RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce.

Ingredients

Prep | Serves 1 quart
2 cups Cattlemens ® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
2 cups Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

Procedure

In a bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, chili sauce, and jerk seasoning until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

Add dark rum and/or pineapple juice to add more island flavor.
