Spicy South Pacific BBQ Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

Cattlemen’s® Kickin' Korean BBQ Sauce blended with Frank’s® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce and creamy coconut milk.

Ingredients

Serves 3 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups Cattlemens Kickin Korean BBQ Sauce
1 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
1 cup Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce

Procedure

In a bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, coconut milk, and sweet chili sauce until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

For a tropical island twist add dark rum and Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
